At Baphomet Studio, Alex wants you to know that you, ya little weirdo, are home. She's the owner and head stylist, with 10+ years experience behind the chair and a passion for her craft. She prioritizes education and is training to become a professional instructor, focusing on continued education for licensed pros. Eternally and forever a girl's girl, she will be every bit as excited as you are for your appointment. She can't wait to meet ya!!!

Sloane Sinclair

Sloane (she/her) functions as our social media manager, which is super convenient because she's also Alex's wife. You'll see her taking content for us, and sometimes she'll snap your before & afters. She'll always make sure you look your best in photos- she owns & operates Spectral Vision Photos out of Philadelphia. Don't worry if she looks cranky, that's literally just her face.

Michelle Ippolite

Michelle loves blonde hair. Like, a lot. Hand painted balayage is her true love, but foiling is def her side piece. She has 6+ years in the industry and all of it has been dedicated to perfecting her method. Tiny but mighty, she's the reason we have a step stool in the salon, but she's also the reason we churn out expensive-looking blonde all week long. ***Michelle is on maternity leave until late summer/early fall 2025!

Rachael Mele

Rachael Mele, licensed since 2020, brings an incredible mind with a focused - sometimes nearly analytical- approach to creative color. Working as Vice Captain of Baphomet Betrothed, she brings the good vibes and gorgeous hair and makeup to our guests' wedding parties. She is fluent in American Sign Language, and has a bachelor's degree in psychology. Rach believes in art as a form of therapy. Rachael is incredibly warm, super talented, and no one has ever looked better in a Hawaiian shirt.

Teresa Casañas-Cook

Teresa is a shy lil specter who loves to laugh. She is the captain of Baphomet Betrothed, ensuring that every couple utilizing our specialty wedding services has the absolute best experience. In the salon, our beloved Tee specializes in the sort of hair and makeup that enhances a person's natural self- but she's been known to crank out some super cute vivids, too.

Cinder is a weird little guy who works super, super hard. They are a perfectionist, and you've absolutely never had anyone put so much effort into your hair until you've sat in their chair. Being new to the game, they're currently Alex's apprentice. You may see them zipping around the salon keeping things tidy, or maybe they're washing your hair or helping to apply your color when you're booked with her mentor. Regardless, Cinder makes every appointment memorable with their sharp wit and general quirky nature. Cinder takes clients on certain days at discounted rates to further their education and build her portfolio.

Colleen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, fitting right into our little coven with an incredible command of her skills and an infectious warmth that instantly puts you at ease. Her advanced abilities in cutting and color have earned her many clients over her 11 years behind the chair, but there's always room for another soul.

Faith Delia

Faith is sugar, spice & everything nice. The doe-eyed angel of Baphomet Studio, she brings her advanced capabilities in cut & color to our freaky little table. Her barbering skills, color techniques and layer cuts are impressive- especially for such a young stylist. It's impossible not to love her- you've never met anyone so genuine. Faith never turns down a sweet treat & spends lots of time outside of work playing Animal Crossing!
